Why is it even a topic whether certain people should or could use the word nigger? You shouldn’t ask me whether it’s okay.
You should ask your great grandfather who called my great grandfather a nigger.
You should ask your grandfather who called my grandfather a negro, but when pushed… a nigger.
You should ask your father who called my father colored, but when angered… a nigger.
Or you could ask your brother who calls me black - sometimes African-American. But when no ones around or when anonymously blogging… a nigger.
That should answer your question.
